Manufactured to BT specification, CW1308 is a high specification used primarily in the wiring of telephone outlet sockets. The cable is typically supplied with a white PVC outer sheath and is constructed using pairs of copper PVC insulated wire.

Description

CW1308B telephone cables are constructed in a similar way to CW1308 but are suitable for internal and external use. The cable is constructed using PVC sheathing on the individual conductor pairs, an Aluminium/Polyethylene overall screen and finally a LSZH outer sheath.

Supplied with a black LSZH sheath typically on 100m rolls.

CW1128 is an external grade multipair telephone cable, constructed with solid plain annealed copper conductors, utilising a cellular polyethylene insulated construction and a petroleum jelly filling with a black PE sheath.

CW1128 cable is suited for external use, featuring a UV resistant black PE sheath and a petroleum jelly filling that prevents moisture ingress, ensuring the cable's integrity is not compromised during its serviceable life.

Description

CW1378 is a 2 pair external grade telephone cable, despite similarites with the internal construction of CW1308, CW1378 features steel strength members making the cable self supporting.

The cable is sheathed using a medium density UV resistant PE (polyethylene) sheath and is almost exclusively used for telephone communication links overhead between buildings and distribution poles.
