Key Fibre - Key Quick Range



KeyFibre Mechanical Fibre system is possibly the lowest insertion loss and fasted field connector system available - it requires no specialist tools apart from normal fibre preparation tools and because of the unique transparent body window, by using a visual fault locator, the installer can easily identify if the connection is done correctly. If no light is seen the connection is almost perfect at under 0.1dB insertion loss. This can demonstrate that this system provides a cost effective fibre deployment solution, the newest mechanical splice technology, a cost effect and rapid connectorization, with very low initial investments, low manual skill sets and with high reliability. It has been proven that the products will support extreme temperatures; -40 to +70'c and be perfect for over 25 years.

KeyQuick Mechanical Splice for 250µ and 900µ uses Epoxy-free, V groove technology. The transparent body of our mechanical design enables immediate splice verification by Visual Fault Locator of 900µ to 900µ; 900µ to 250µ and 250µ to 250µ bare fibre, giving typical insertion loss of 0.1dB.

Description

The KeyQuick SC field installable universal connector and flat cable connector is possibly the lowest insertion loss and fastest field installable connector available on the market today. It is a tool-free, epoxy-free, UPC or APC pre-polished SM and MM connector in SC format. The transparent body enable immediate splice verification by Visual Fault Locator. The universal design makes this connector suitable for 900um, 2.0mm, 3.0mm and FTTh flat cable.

The splices and connectors are made of enginerring-grade plastics and contain index matching gel, with a guaranteed life of over 25 years. It's the perfect soltuion for FTTh, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Our KeyQuick SC Field Installable Connector specific for flat cable, enables easy strip and fast Indoor/Outdoor, Flat FTTH Drop cable termination in the field.

The easy strip method, excellent crush resistance and tensile strength of this cable combined with the excellent pull strength results (3Kgf) of our KeyQuick® SC Field Installable Connector specific for flat cable, is the perfect solution to be used in high speed and broadband telecommunication applications, TV/Satelites, FTTX and premise networks. Bend optimized design for bending sensitive applications where multiple bends are present. These light weight cables are suitable for direct installation in houses, Multi dwelling units and have excellent crush and impact resistant properties.

Without the need of tools, our connector can be assembled by installers without any special skill sets. The transparent body enables inmediate splice verification by Visual Fault Locator.. The Loss, Mechanical and Environmental tests on the field assembly connectors show excellent results. The qualification test results ensure the quality of our products subjected to severe mechanical and environmental conditions.
