The FODIS Pro® is an optical fibre distribution/patch system for Passive Optical Networks. The main application of the system is fibre termination in Central Offices of FTTH systems. The FODIS Pro® combines the advantages of the Central Office Systems available on the market.

FODIS Pro® Rack

    • Maximum fibre density due to two-rowed fibre modules: 960/1920/3840 fibre terminations per rack for standard/SFF/URM* adapter systems
    • Comfortable patching with two-sided overlength patchcord storage and 1000mm rack width
    • 3 different rack heights (32HU/1800mm, 40HU/2200mm, 48HU/2600mm)
    • 2 different rack widths (450mm & 700mm) with 150mm extension panel available for overlength cable management
    • MTP/MPO 40/100G compatability
    • Rack mounting is possible side by side or back to back, with through patch options
    • Open and closed rack versions
    • Top or bottom cable entry
    • Integration of gas-blockers
    • Fibres can be directly blown up to the splice module
    • Integrated patchcord management to adjacent racks
    • Customized solutions regarding front doors, locks, special dimensions and colouring possible.

FODIS Pro® Fibre Modules

    • 90 degrees rotatable and removable fibre modules, available in 2 sizes: 1/2 or 1 HU for 12/24/48 standard/SFF/URM* adapters
    • Same module for left/right side mounting
    • Uniform metal frontplate for all adapter types
    • 45 degrees snamp-in adapter holders for all conventional adapter types (SC, LC, E2000, ST, FC, LX.5) allows safe operator handling
    • Comfortable cleaning of pigtail-connector ferrules by taking off adapter holders
    • Shrink and crimp splice protection possible
    • Individual threefold colour code labelling (front, side and cover)
    • Integration of splitters up to 1x64 possible
    • Bending radius protection for all fibres
    • Up to 1.7m overlength storage of fibre protection in each module possible.
