Description

The ST connector is a bayonet fit style with a fixed ferrule. Comprising of a 2.5mm zirconia ceramic ferrule with a metal body and locking nut. The strain relief boots are available in a variety of colours.

The multimode versions are suitable for field termination with the single-mode suitable for machine polishing to a UPC finish.

Description

The SC or square connector is a push fit style with a floating ferrule. The connector is available in either single or multi kit design. The single piece design reduces termination time whereas the multi kit design suits applications where the connectors require tuning.

Description

Commonly used in telecom applications, this physical contact connector has a spring loaded ferrule and can be tuned for optimum optical performance. The 2.5mm ferrule connector contains both a narrow or wide keyway for precision alignment and a threaded outer barrel to lcok the connector in place. The singlemode connector is capable of machine polishing to a -55dB (UPC) finish, whereas the multimode design can be easily field terminated.
