Description
The standard range of Dataduct is available in various thicknesses to suit specific
client requirements relating to such criteria as available space and cable
protection. Each variant offers a lightweight, fire retardant, anti static cable mat,
for data routes below the floor level.

Though lightweight it still exceptionally strong, yet easy to install and is cut to
widths to suit any requirement.

It is available in range of colour options that can be used to indicate the varying cable routing layouts within a project.

Each section of the Dataduct can be simply butted to the next and jointed with an "H" profile section which is colour matched to suit the matting.

Bends and intersections are simple abutments, and the cutting and the forming are all undertaken by using a standard craft knife.

When using Dataduct the standard 1Omm thick format can also be supplied with additional sections formed into
ramps and bridges to set the system over any other services that may be within the floor void area.

Description
A Factory formed Dataduct bridge, constructed from the standard 10mm range, this bridge is a lightweight and
simple product which allows the Dataduct route to proceed under the floor void and crossing other services, such as power track, and giving the data cables an uninterrupted, smooth, yet resilient, platform throughout the installation. A full range of customised ramps and bridges are also available.

This system has been designed as a cableway, with provisions to also carry the weight of an average man, during cable installation.

Ramps, bridges, and abutments are also formed with this product.

A combination of standard flat and cableway Dataduct can be used to form a most cost effective system.

Some design consultants have used this to great advantage, by running the raised cableway system around the
building core areas [this is the area in which most water ingress may occur] and sealing this with mastic to the floor to form a bund to help limit damage and any further spread of water penetration on to the office floor areas.

The standard flat 1Omm system can then be used in the normal office areas.

Here again the system can be colour coded to define cable routing, and give clear cable path identification.

The anti static finish is again also a critical element in the manufacture as this prevents any static electric charge that may build during cable installation being transferred to the data in the cables, also prevents the build up of dust that can occur with some plastics properties.

Description
This system offers the system integrator a two compartment containment in one product which allows Cooper and Fibre to run within the same route, negating the need to have two separate systems.

This system has been designed as a cableway, with provisions to also carry the weight of an average man, during cable installation.

Ramps, bridges, and abutments are also formed with this product.

Dataduct Raised & Edged

Description
This system offers the system integrator a solution which both raises the data cable from the slab and gives a retaining wall to prevent cable slippage. The system also has a fall, biased towards the free edge which would encourage any accidental spillage from remaining on the containment platform.

The leading edge of the system is fixed tight to the pedestal and the back edge forms a containment zone, which is used to hold the cables.

This provides a smooth base to carry the cables but with an open side does not form a gutter to contain any water.

Bends, tees and fittings can be either factory welded construction or abutment jointed on site.

Should cables need to pass though the back edge; this can be trimmed with a craft knife as required to suit the cable layouts.
